All I Want for Christmas
Late April or early May, Emma started talking about the tooth fairly and then mentioned that her teeth were loose. Initially we didn't believe her especially since she wasn't even 4 1/2 yet but Brad checked and sure enough, her bottom two middle teeth were loose. On the night of May 18th, I finally got brave enough to feel them while we were at the Traveler's game and it was clear that they wouldn't be holding on much longer. In fact, on the way home from the game, tooth number one fell out. According to Emma, she just felt something in her mouth, reached in and there was her tooth. She was so excited about the tooth fairy coming to visit. The very next night, tooth number two fell out. She looks so cute but so big with her two missing teeth.
Mother's Day
After church on Mother's Day, Brad attempted to get some shots of me with the kids, which is more than I can say for Father's Day or his birthday. Sorry! Emma's idea was for me to stand in front of the tree and have her and Josh peaking around either side. Those turned out pretty cute and beyond that, we were herding cats.
After photos, I took off to go for a bike ride in honor of International Women's Cycling Day.
Then we rounded out the day with some time running through the sprinkler. In spite of the cold water, Emma and Josh had a blast.
