Birthday

Thanks to Columbus Day, I got to be home with everybody on my birthday this year.  It was a somewhat cruddy day with rain but nice just hanging out.  We went out to lunch, my choice, ha ha! The kids did agree to go back to David's Burgers, which they had decided a couple of years ago that they didn't like.  Turns out they do like the food there, hooray!  Brad made a delicious apple cake that the kids did not like but more for me and Brad.  At least they had ice cream.  Thank goodness there weren't 38 candles on the cake or we might have had a fire.
