Daddy's Birthday

Brad's birthday fell on a Tuesday this year so it was a somewhat low key event for him.  We did have one surprise and that was that Uncle Dale was going to be in town.  I had to keep that secret for a good couple of months and obviously did not divulge it to the kids or Brad would have known for sure.  Thankfully everything went off without a hitch and both Brad and the kids were surprised and happy to see Dale.  Of course, the highlight for the kids was the cake and since 3 out of 4 family members love, love, love chocolate cake, they were all happy.  Emma picked out the cake and she made sure that it was the most chocolatey of chocolatey cakes that could be found.  This year we even managed to get some photos with the birthday boy and his fan club.
