Emma is Eleven

How can it be that the sweetest little girl that ever entered our lives is now 11?  It went by a blink.  We never got it together to figure out a time for a birthday party but just like with everything else, Emma just rolled with it.  We started off the morning with Shipleys. For dinner, she requested Loca Luna.  Josh got himself all dressed up after basketball practice so we could meet Emma and Brad at the restaurant.  Meanwhile, Emma showed up in a fleece and sweat pants.  Too funny!  She also requested a chocolate poke cake that is baked, poked and sweetened condensed milk and caramel syrup poured over.  It is them topped with whipped cream and toffee pieces.  So rich but so yummy.
