Pool is Open

The pool over the weekend that school got out and we spent the whole weekend swimming.  Let me clarify, Emma and Josh spent the whole weekend swimming while I gladly watched from the sides.  At 10 years old, Emma is old enough to be at the pool by herself so she made sure to take her swim test as soon as possible.  They had to jump in and get head submerged, swim from one end to the other and back and tread water for 1.5 minutes.  She passed with flying colors although I'm not sure that she'll really get to be there by herself.
