Baseball and Dance

Junior Deputy came up with a plan to salvage some kind of baseball season.  Upon entry to the park, everybody in the car has to have their temperature checked.  Adults have to wear masks.  Kids do not have to wear them while playing ball but need to be spaced out while waiting to bat.  The bleachers are reserved for the players and adults need to maintain social distance during the games.  Josh has had two practices so far and games start tomorrow.  We'll see how it goes but I know Josh is excited just to get out on the field.

The same week that Josh started back to baseball, Shuffles reopened to finish out the spring dance season.  They have different entrances depending on the studio you are in.  Dancers are spaced out six feet and have to wear masks and gloves for class.  They are also ending each class 15 minutes early to give time to disinfect before the next class.

Things may be different at the baseball park and the dance studio but it gives the kids something to look forward to and just getting to see some friends in person has done them a world of good.
